Home HealthCare
Home healthcare is medical care provided in a patient’s home. When recovering from a serious illness, injury, or surgery, your doctor may prescribe home healthcare as part of a written plan of care. If you have been newly diagnosed with a chronic disease like heart failure, respiratory or kidney disease, diabetes, or Alzheimer’s disease or are having complex medical treatments requiring the use of medical equipment and/or medication monitoring, you may be prescribed home healthcare.
If your care is medically necessary, ordered by your doctor and meets the coverage requirements, Medicare will cover 100% of home healthcare cost for Medicare recipients and most private insurances also cover home healthcare.
Our therapists come to your home and, along with your healthcare team, provide a custom care plan centered around your needs. Home healthcare services include:

When the time comes to find help to care for yourself or your loved one, private duty homecare can provide you with the independence you need, while allowing you to remain in the place you call home. You choose the services you need based on individual needs, whether for a few hours a week or for more extensive services. Services may be a combination of medical and non-medical care performed by nurses, aides, homemakers and companions.

Hospice
When hospice care is needed, our staff of well-trained, compassionate caregivers are here to help patients as comfortable as possible. We will help to manage your pain nausea and other side effects to help you feel as good as possible and still have the ability to enjoy the people around you.
Your hospice care may be centered in your home or in an extended-care facility, or hospital. Your hospice care team will help with arrangements for inpatient care, as needed, and help keep you and family members informed about your condition and what to expect.
