President and CEO
Ron is a co-founder of the Inspired HomeCare network, along with Jimmie, and serves as the President/CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, leading the daily operational and business development initiatives, as well as identifying opportunities for rapid expansion through capital deployment. Ron brings over 30 years of healthcare ownership and leadership in several provider settings, having served as Chief Operating Officer of a six-state home and inpatient post-acute network, leading operational and acquisition activities. In addition, Ron served as CFO and other financial leadership roles in a tertiary care hospital system, leading the financial due diligence and integration efforts for several acquisitions, physician recruitment and employment initiatives. Ron began his career in public accounting, with Ernst & Young, later working with KPMG as a manager in the audit services division. Ron has served and continues to serve on various community boards focused on ministries designed to bring healing to families and children. He is a CPA, a graduate of Delta State University and holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
